Just off the M4 at Junction 13 near Newbury, The Red House is run by Chef Laurent who, throughout his 25 years of experience, has worked in Michelin starred restaurants, run cookery courses in France and was the Executive Chef for a group of 74 restaurants across the country before taking on his current post here.
With a true passion for delicious food and great cooking, Laurent always aims to offer each guest the highest quality food and drink. He also specialises in a mouth-watering variety of cakes, from chocolate and sponge, to ice cream cakes and mountains of cream filled profiteroles, dripping with chocolate sauce!
The menus feature a fantastic range of wholesome British cuisine. Each dish is well-sourced and well-prepared to offer great value for money. There is also a selection of soups and sandwiches if you fancy a quick bite, not to mention a traditional Sunday lunch. To make any occasion a little more special, the private dining room is perfect for your needs, and regular events are also held at The Red House, such as wine and cheese tastings and cookery lessons. |
Opening Times:
Lunch is served daily from 12:00 to 15:00 Monday to Saturday, and 12:00 to 16:00 on Sunday.
Dinner is served daily from 18:00 to 22:00. |
